Uma Tyasning Paramita is the founder of Kaluma Inner Journey and the architect of its core methodology. She holds the integrity of the RETURN → UNFOLD → EMBODY process—guiding participants through a structured journey of inner clarity, embodied awareness, and aligned direction.
With over two decades of experience in creative leadership, education, and human development, Uma has designed programs and curricula across diverse contexts—including schools, creative industries, and personal development platforms. Her work focuses on translating inner awareness into structured learning experiences that are both meaningful and applicable.
She integrates visual thinking, storytelling, and embodied reflection into her approach—bridging awareness with expression and sustained action. Through her work, she holds the rhythm, coherence, and safety of the journey, ensuring that awareness, creativity, and action remain grounded, integrated, and true.


Siska Dwi Sari
Creative Process & Reflection Architect
Siska Dwi Sari brings a multidisciplinary background in psychology, creative practice, and consulting across corporate and project-based environments. Her work integrates reflective processes with structured thinking—allowing insight to not only emerge, but translate into meaningful direction and solutions.
Within Kaluma, she leads the UNFOLD stage—facilitating reflective and sensory-based exploration that enables hidden potential, patterns, and inner awareness to surface with clarity and depth.
Through her combined strength in creativity, craft, and systems thinking, Siska supports participants in transforming inner experiences into tangible, expressive, and applicable forms—bridging self-awareness with real-world relevance.

Agung Wimboprasetyo brings over two decades of global experience in brand development, commercial strategy, and large-scale execution, including more than 10 years in the U.S. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
His work spans the full lifecycle of brand building—from early-stage concept and positioning to distribution, retail strategy, and operational scaling. He has led initiatives across market entry, pricing architecture, supply chain coordination, and go-to-market execution—ensuring that ideas translate into sustainable, real-world performance.
Within Kaluma, Agung leads the EMBODY stage, guiding participants in transforming inner clarity into structured action, tangible output, and meaningful contribution. He brings a strategic lens to the integration process, supporting individuals in aligning their inner direction with external relevance, market awareness, and long-term value.
His strength lies in bridging vision with execution—ensuring that what is discovered internally can be clearly expressed, effectively positioned, and sustained in the real world.
